Appellate Attorney:  We are seeking a licensed attorney to specialize in appeals and to, asnecessary, lead a team to work on mass resentencing projects. The position will have primary responsibility for appeals arising from the IFCD office. The position will draft appellate briefs, petitions for certiorari, and motions in the district court as needed.
