William Dazey
A small town motorcycle enthusiast, Bill Dazey has a well-known laid back style that his clients and colleagues love. However, Bill’s clients and colleagues also know him as a fierce courtroom litigator. Bill has practiced federal criminal defense since 1978 when he started a small Indianapolis law practice. Not long after starting his firm, Bill joined the ranks of Criminal Justice Act Panel attorneys, taking on cases by appointment to help provide defense services for clients who could not afford private attorneys. In 2001, Bill’s passion for the underdog culminated when he joined the Indiana Federal Community Defenders office. Since that time, Bill continues the fight, and as one of our most experienced trial attorneys, has handled some of the most complex cases to come through our office.
